History:
Lesley qualified as a dental hygienist from Leeds in 1984, although she can’t believe it really was that long ago! Lesley spent eight years in New South Wales, Australia, where she had to requalify to practice, and was one of the founding members of the NSW Dental Hygienists’ Association.
One of the most satisfying elements Lesley sees in her job is treating a patient for the first time and knowing that XYZ may be wrong, but by doing ABC positive changes can be made. Lesley is regularly involved in continuing professional development activities.
